The A-Team is a remediation program aimed at improving a nurse’s understanding of the NCLEX syllabus and is run by two experienced NCLEX-RN tutors, one who has passed the NCLEX exam herself! It aims to provide overall support to ensure a nurse is best suited to pass the NCLEX-RN exam on their first sitting! 

The remediation program is spread out into modules that include concepts such as maternal and child health, and nursing foundations. This course is offered through a unique learning management system that gives a nurse access to a portal filled with video lessons, test questions and answers, and much more. There are also weekly online tutorial sessions held to assist a nurse in answering any questions they have from the chapters learnt. 

To end off the course, a nurse will have to complete a comprehensive exam to evaluate the understanding and mastery of the content covered in the entire program. This is done to highlight any weaknesses that need some revision and mastery.
