The 24-week program is designed to give the nurse ample time to study and understand the content of each unit. Each week ends with a test that forms an integral part of their continuous evaluation.

A typical week for a nurse will look like this:

  • Monday you will get emailed a list of chapters, online resources and YouTube lectures that cover a given topic
  • On Wednesday you will receive a link to the test on the subject. This link will be available till the following Sunday

The online test will contain about 60 questions to be answered in 120 minutes. This means that you will need to spend two minutes per question. This will help test your knowledge as well as prepare you for the setting of writing the NCLEX exam.

You will also then receive a report on a Monday on a weekly basis that will consist of:

  • Last weeks test results
  • An analysis of your performance, such as what was done well, what was not so well and what must be improved.
  • Comments by the tutor whether you are on track for the NCLEX

Below is an example of what the report will look like. Each section is based on the content for that week. It then shows your results of the test for that week, as well as comments, feedback or suggestions given by the tutor.

At the end of the 24-week program, the course finishes with a simulation of the NCLEX Computer Adaptive Test (CAT). The results from this test will identify areas of weakness and where to target remedial study.
